How to Write a Good Paragraph About Yourself

How to Write a Good Paragraph About YourselfThe hardest part of writing a good paragraph about myself is that it is often one long paragraph. As I write the paragraph in my head, the last thing I want to do is just try to fit in some facts, maybe some anecdotes, and make the story as short as possible. So my solution is to not write a paragraph at all.First, don't worry about it being too short. Just make sure that you tell the reader about who you are and what you've done in the last few minutes. Don't think about telling a good story about yourself as you're doing it, just say what's going on, the facts, and whatever else you want to get across.Second, think about your paragraph before you write it. Ask yourself, 'Why am I writing this paragraph? What do I want to accomplish with this paragraph?' You have to come up with a reason for why you're writing the paragraph and not just an accident of text typing. Then, you have to find a good sentence that you can use in the paragraph. Oft en, the best place to find a good sentence is from an article that you might be reading at the moment. Once you've found a good sentence, use it to start the paragraph. Finally, you need to end the paragraph on a high note. How do you do this? Just put the final punctuation mark, but don't actually put a closing. In addition to that, try to avoid using all capital letters to make the paragraph shorter. That's like committing suicide! It just won't work. Finally, don't have an ego when you're writing a paragraph about yourself. It's great that you want to promote yourself, but you have to do it in a manner that's acceptable to yourself.
